The tester form

If you sign up as a tester, we receive your name, email address and what you write in the form. The form is delivered by email through Web3Forms (web3forms.com/privacy). We use your details only to reply to you and to organise testing. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to an agreement, at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries).

Hosting

This website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany. When you visit, the server briefly records technical data such as your IP address, the time and the page requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are not used to identify you and are deleted regularly.

Fonts and cookies

All fonts are served from this website itself. No content is loaded from Google or other third parties. The site sets no cookies. Your light or dark choice is stored only in your own browser.

How long we keep your data

Tester sign-ups are deleted when testing ends, or earlier if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing. Write to hello@writinggrove.app. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
